How will the Shake-up Shake Out?
In spite of record profit levels, the life sciences industry is restructuring.  Sales growth, phenomenal since the 1980s, has leveled in the last five years.  Competitive pressures have intensified as well, with the volume of generics growing quickly and the proportion of sales protected by patents dropping worldwide.  Drug companies are now focused on cutting costs and growing sales in emerging markets and the implications as an industry target are significant.

Winning Team Includes Taimerica
